Position is on assignment for 3 to 6 months at the Prestigious Company of IBM based at Greenock. Full telephony and system training given Language Requirement: Fluent French or German with English

The Job: Level One data Entry: European Technical Support Centre @IBM Temporary Adecco contract at IBM Greenock Salary: £14k Per annum (£7.28per hour)

Duties: 1st point of contact for customers (via Telephone) Logging software and hardware PC faults for IBM and Lenovo customers Updating customers on progress of open cases Work within SLA’S (service level agreements) to meet targets and deadlines Any other tasks as requested by manager

Skills required Good customer service skills , good communication and telephone manner, good time management skills
